"Open University degree without formal education useless !!"
Open University Masters degree obtained without formal 12 years schooling and three year degree cannot be considered for employment.Madras High court ruled that any master's degree conferred violating regulation 26 of the UGC Act is not elgible for employment.The victim was one Ramesh,who holds a masters degree from Annamalai University.
